Do I need a PayPal account to purchase?
No, you don’t need to register with PayPal to make a purchase, you can use either a Credit / Debit card, or if you are registered with PayPal you can use your account.
Is it safe to order?
Absolutely, PayPal handle all our payments and we never see your credit / debit card details. We only use your email address to contact you if there is a problem and your postal address to send your order to.
In addition to PayPal I also accept cheques as payment. If you wish to pay by cheque please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order, address and a contact number. I will then send you an email listing the cost, payee details etc. Once your cheque has cleared we will process your order.
How much is Postage and Packaging?
Single unframed prints (and up to nine prints): delivery to mainland England, Scotland or Wales: £5.00
Single framed prints: overnight delivery to mainland England, Scotland or Wales: £16.95
Ten unframed prints or more: delivery to mainland England, Scotland or Wales: £16.95

How long will my order take to arrive?
In virtually all cases you should expect your order to arrive within 5 – 7 days. However, postage delays or holidays such as Christmas can delay the delivery, so please allow up to 14 days for delivery to avoid disappointment. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order within 28 days, you will be notified via e-mail.
How are the prints sent?
All orders are sent by Recorded Mail, a signature will be required to receive your order. We use Recorded Mail – both in the UK and Internationally so your order can be tracked in the unlikely event that it has been delayed or lost in the post.
Can I get my money back?
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your print we are happy to offer a full refund. Refunds will only be made after the print is returned. Unwanted goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. We cannot offer a refund on frames as they are bespoke items. We can, however, refund the print inside it provided it is sent back to us undamaged within 14 days.
Where do I send my unwanted prints to?

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage, and send by Recorded Mail. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
How will I get my refund?
Providing that we receive your unwanted print in a resalable condition within 14 days, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this website will be refunded to your credit or debit card via PayPal within 30 days.
