Grading
Restaurant #1 – Steak n’ Shake
Fries were crisp, but were salted very lightly and was barely noticeable. They were a beige rather than golden brown. Due to the fact that the fries were extremely thin, the fries did not retain any oil and were dry and cold.
Restaurant #2 – McDonalds
Fries were crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy in the inside. They were salted to perfection, and were able to feel the grainy salt crystals with every bite steamy bite. The fries were savory and were not too oily or too dry. They had a nice color to them and were the perfect shade of golden brown.

Conclusion Because of the criteria set to determine the perfect French fry, McDonalds did better in all of the categories of taste, texture and appearance, scoring a perfect 12 out of 12 possible points. On the other hand, Steak n’ Shake did poorly scoring only 5 out of a possible 12 points. In conclusion McDonalds fries are the closest thing to the perfect fry.…...

In her work she uses materials such as plaster, sand, bronze, hemp and maple frame to create pieces that bond together decay and new growth. Remains of natural disaster and war are often shown in her work, as a sort of rebirth from destruction and decay. She uses many mementos from her past such as pieces of literature to further incorporate the past with the present in her work and to create emotional connections as well.
