Below are graphs tailored to the information given for Executive Education, 2005-2008.

Revenues remained constant during the years, in 2008 revenues increased from $9,162,002 to $10,146,537. The majority of revenues are from tuitions and non-degrees programs, which make up 63% of total revenues, the rest are derived from enrolment grant, donations, publishing and so on.

Participant costs decreased steadily from 2005 to 2007 but increased in 2008, however looking into the income statement provided, teaching /student materials decreased gradually while Accommodation and meals steadily increased which makes up the total for participation Cost.

Total direct cost which consist of Faculty fees, marketing fees and other fees decreased between 2005 and 2008. Faculty fees decreased between 2005-2007 but increased in 2008, the same applied for marketing fees (increased marketing strategy) but other cost decreased significantly, overall cost management for direct cost was good within the 4 years.

Total administration cost increased over the years from 2005-2008. Costs included staff, amortization and other costs, staffing costs increased from $1,392,333 in 2005 to $1,943,644 in 2008, amortization cost also increased between 2005 and 2008 and other costs decreased over the years, overall leading to the increased in administration cost.

After the deductions from all costs from the revenues between 2005 to 2008, contribution increased favourably at the end in 2008 standing at $1,667,429 compared to 2005 where contribution was sitting at $1,352,235, a $315,194 favourable…...
