Personal responsibility is the most important ethic that you can exercise. With the cultivation of personal responsibility comes growth in all areas of life. It's a matter of taking charge of yourself and your circumstances with thoughts, words and facts guided. Personal responsibility is the action of not being dependent; you just are in control of their actions and destiny. Using research, experience, imagination and the analysis we will create the best possible workable theories to achieve great results. Responsibility is a very primordial value today, because is helpful in the daily life, both in moral, personal and sentimental. Responsible persons excel in many areas and are worthy to recognize when a person duly fulfills its responsibilities. Responsible people are one who is aware of his actions and assume the consequences of their actions, whether accidentally or intentionally. Even though the irresponsibility of a man, are priorities, because part of daily leaving and fundamental to life.
Priorities, a priority is something important compared to other things, must receive more resources and be treated faster. . For example: "Public health is the priority of this government," "If you do not have a house, and bought a new car, I think you have changed priorities", "The company has many problems, but the priority is to pay right salaries "."Time and money are the two most common factors that lead to set priorities." If a person has many pending tasks, it is common to set a list of priorities to cater first what we already cannot wait. For example: fix an electrical problem in a home is overriding the redecoration. In terms of money, given that usually a scarce resource, the priority list can meet the most urgent needs first or base, for example: paying rent will have priority over the purchase of a video game.”
I think our own priorities depend on several factors, such as age, relationship status, your parents, your siblings, your grandparents, your friends, your finances, your character, your confidence, your intellectual level or your profession. Because considering these themes, we can define what our priorities are and we find incomprehensible the priorities of others.
He proposed several types of intelligence, with equal importance:
• Linguistic intelligence: the ability to use words properly.
It characterizes the writers and poets; and involves the use of both brain hemispheres.
• Logical-mathematical intelligence: ability to solve problems of logic and mathematics also is fundamental to scientists and philosophers; by using this type of intelligence the human uses the logical hemisphere.
• Musical intelligence: capacity related to the musical arts.
It is the talent of the musicians, singers and dancers. Musicians commonly knew it by the term of "good ear".
• Spatial intelligence: the ability to distinguish things like: color, line, shape, form, space, and their relationships in three dimensions.
This intelligence relates to fields as diverse as design, architecture, engineering, sculpture, surgery or navigates.
• Body Intelligence: ability to control and coordinate body movements and express feelings with him.
It is the talent of the actors, mimes, and dancers, also involves athletes or surgeons, because their talents or the manner of they make their things.
• Intrapersonal intelligence: is related to emotions, and its related to the psychological sciences.
• Interpersonal or social intelligence: is the ability to understand others with empathy, is related to emotions; it’s typical of salesman, politicians, teachers or therapists.
• Naturalist Intelligence: use it to observe, study, organize and classify the nature; biologists and naturalists are the ones who develop it.
• Existential or philosophical intelligence: the ability to position itself with respect to the cosmos and autosuggestion. This one requires further study to be characterized as intelligence.
This last two intelligence, Howard Gardner added later than the first ones. According to Howard Gardner, creator of the theory of multiple intelligences; “intelligence is the ability to solve problems or make products that can be measured in a particular culture”. When defining intelligence as an ability, Gardner makes a skill that can be developed. He does not deny the genetic component. Everyone is born with a very marked genetic potential. But this potential will be developed in a way or another depending on the environment, our experiences, and the education received etc. Gardner adds that just as there are many types of problems to solve, there are many types of intelligence such as those mentioned above.
The values are the source of satisfaction and fullness, also provide a guideline for formulating goals and purposes, personal or collective. They reflect our interests, feelings and convictions more important. The values refer to human needs and represent ideals, dreams and aspirations, with significance independent of circumstances. Values, attitudes and behaviors are closely related. When we talk about attitude we mean the willingness to act at any time, according to our beliefs, feelings and values. Values translate into thoughts, concepts or ideas, but what I appreciate most is the behavior, what people do. Virtues are moral heritage of man. They help you behave well in all circumstances, that is, to do good in the truest sense and complete. “No man is born good or bad, as anyone born doctor or artisan, but nature gets the ability to become one.” If we go to the definition, this means, that is the way you have to take to achieve a goal. Logically, if we propose something and halfway we realize that this end we seek is not right, or maybe the best, because we have an obligation to recognize our mistake and work to where it should, and on the other hand, is a standard carry it out in any way possible. It is important to learn to give of itself, without having to be calling attention to things as they should be. Materially, also enters education, and education is ultimately training, and training is in order. With respect to fomentation of order, and of all virtue, we must learn from mistakes, and communicating it to others to avoid the same thing happening again. Regarding time distribution must take into account that there is a priority or hierarchy in life, and through education and training, either through parents, friends and others.
The responsibilities, awareness of events intervening to the will, assuming consequences, not only to us but also to the others and with God, which ultimately concerns us. The responsibility is closely linked to freedom, interacting, measuring each other and vice versa. To have a real responsibility, we must have a true concept of life. Because if it is that reason which makes us see life differently, we just live like animals, they think and that do not use their cognitive ability and truly correct. To learn how to foster this virtue, we can take our mistakes and experience sharing, learning to make decisions, analyzing causes and consequences thereof.
To begin, we define simplicity as the virtue that enables us to meet the other as we really are, that is, without masks, being ourselves. Simplicity is linked very closely with humility and sincerity, and without it, we could fall in irony, vanity, hypocrisy or ingenuity. In order to be simple, we have to let us know as we are, intimately, without falling out of modesty simplicity. For example, lack of self-knowledge, the development in an environment that is superficial, abide by the customs and not according to our own beliefs, etc. Finally, to get to be better as a husband, father, son, student, and any area in which we develop, we have to be ourselves, and so we will always be simple.
Man is a social being by nature. It is a human need the being able to communicate and interact with his fellow men to achieve the joint and individual purposes. Sociability is the virtue that allows us to relate to other people getting their interest and sharing ours. Education in sociability begins shortly after birth, as the child begins to discover that is not the only child, and that there are other beings with whom he is related to certain activities. An important aspect that should be avoided in the early years is the shyness, which makes the individual dodge their social obligations and encourages individualism. It is likewise interesting to know that people usually set to one for the good he has done and not the negative. Communication with others should be initiated at a general level, always taking into account our knowledge about the other person, their feelings and their nature to always be right and to build a relationship. Solidarity is closely related to sociability. Its importance lies in the following considerations: Solidarity is the pre-sociality, it is necessary to respect others to relate to them.
What is an ideal? An ideal is a goal, a purpose, a dream, of what you want to achieve or accomplish. An ideal is a good so desired by a person who directs him toward life or much of it. Ideals are desirable to give to life animating sense of seeking worthy goals. An ideal is an asset that has not yet, but wants to. Each person has different ideals in life, because we are all unique and different from others. Is there a difference between love and ideals? Does not matter confound love and ideals, but strictly speaking is somewhat different: A love is a desire; a dream is what you want. Love is desire that is always inside who loves the ideal is often something outside. Love is desire that have already owns the ideal still. Who is an ideal aspires to a big one.
Ideals are real, and can be sorted in various ways. For example, material and spiritual ideals, ideals ephemeral and enduring, professional ideals, social, family, sports, cultural, emotional, etc. This classification is more proper to love, because the way is rather desirable way to love. Is it good to have ideals? Ideals are desirable to give to life. If there are no ideals, is a sign that there is no love, and a life without love is less happy. Can any ideal is good? There may be many ideals as real, as any well can be very desired by the human heart. For example, lead a comfortable life is an asset that hinders many goals of a higher grade.
The temperament is the uniqueness and intensity of individual psychic affections and dominant structure of mood and motivation. It is the natural way in which a human interacts with the environment. It can be hereditary and is not influenced by external factors instinctive layer of personality on which the intelligence and will shape the character, occupying also the ability to adapt, mood, intensity, level of activity, accessibility , and regularity, the temperament is the general nature of the personality of an individual, based on the type of characteristics nervous system. Temperament and character define the personality of the human being and the different combination and intensity that their appearance in different areas, make us unique and human. Based on one type of fast and equilibrated nervous system that is characterized by high sensitivity, a low level of activity and concentration setting and a moderate reactivity to environment; nervous system is typical of a moderate correlation reactivity activity , is outgoing and expresses high flexibility to changing environment an example of a person capable in sports. Sanguine temperament characteristics: It is a warm, camper, lively and enjoys life whenever possible. It tends to make decisions based on feelings rather than reflection. The temperament it’s a very sensitive emotional nature, sometimes predisposed to depression.
The term quality of life is very common today. Before we meant it, when we referred to the socioeconomic status of a person or a country's economic progress. It is expected that a person with a good income have a better quality of life compared with a person who does not earn enough or are unemployed. We have been influenced by various Eastern philosophies that reveal some ways to achieve peace of mind, emotional and physical well-being without the need for an excellent income that gives us a comfortable life of luxury. That is, a better quality of life is available to everyone. Just propose, seek and achieve. Take classes in any discipline, music, dance, drawing, performs a hobby, breeding a pet, read self-help book also helping someone at a disadvantage. People who use their free time to perform some activity greatly increase their quality of life.
If a person wants to avoid stress and tension, then you must train your mind to see anything you find-people, objects, events and experiences-realistically, as transients, which arise independently across conditions. You should think about them in terms of the three characteristics as non-permanent, unsatisfactory and not "I" or ego. By doing so helps reduce get involved in these phenomena, and therefore reduce craving and clinging to them. Also avoid anger, anxiety, and thoughts of pride "my" and "mine" since such emotions cause stress and tension. When we adopt this attitude of life, we discover more detachments, a deeper calm, a more lasting peace of heart in the midst of the same situations that previously produced only stress and worry. The key to stress management is through discipline and control the mind.
Responsibility helps you to set goals to which want to reach and decide how to achieve them. Being responsible is a habit that will help you succeed. A responsible person is not conformist. A responsible person feels fulfilled. A responsible person earns the admiration and respect of others. Practice responsibility and learn to be happy. In short it is extremely rewarding responsibility as a corporation. Many people take the responsibility as a punishment or related to something bad, but not so with the responsibility you learn many new things. Each time you exercise some kind of act responsibly win esteem, confidence and faith. It is thought that if a person is responsible for it means no fun, but you can do both without either affecting the other, obviously, they do not have the time in the world to have fun, but because they have responsibilities does not mean you stop having fun. As a child I was taught to be responsible for a lively and fun way, and should be although not as a girl, you can do all your chores just having fun at the same time we must change our perspective a little.…...
