It is complementary to the 1st year module "Management relationnel" and the 2nd year module "Cross-Cultural Management"

...Self-Reflection Week 1 This week I have learned a lot about organizational behavior, organizational effectiveness, and high performance work practices. I have learned what organizational behavior is, and why it is important. It was interesting to compare the company I currently work for to these theories and how they are following these practices. Organizational behavior is described by our text as “the study of what people think, feel, and do in and around organizations” (McShane & Von Glinow, 2010). People study OB for at least 4 reasons.
