4.0 Controls: Our goal is to capture 20% market share in the first year. If we do not achieve this, we know we will have to tweak the system. We plan on doing this by going back and analyzing the data and finding the flaws in our system that inhibited us achieving our goal. Once we identify what those things were, we will work together to implement changes as well as discontinue use of strategies that are not effective.
4.1 Implementation: We plan on starting with one city, that city is being Baldwin Park. We have chosen Baldwin Park because it is saturated with independent practitioners and it is close to where both of us live. We will see monitor our services for six months with the initial clients. If we find inconsistencies we will make the necessary adjustments to our system and begin to expand into the surrounding cities. Once we have achieved an effective, accurate system, we will begin to expand to other states. We are able to expand into other states by obtaining required licenses and we are able to provide them with our top quality services communicating with them electronically by using the secure email and fax capabilities of our equipment.

While evidence is not necessarily strong because of other unknown characteristics, there is enough data to support that good looking people make more money than homely looking people and good looking people are usually placed where their looks are productive. This research supports that there should be more focus on the issue of discrimination whether it be because of race, disability, or level of attractiveness. I believe there is discrimination based on appearance in certain sectors of the workforce. After World War II, the Bretton Woods agreement controlled the European and American economy, with the intentions of repairing damage after the war. Eventually, the strategy failed and thus gave way for the start of the foreign exchange market and the free-floating system. The gold standard began in the early 1800’s and was used as a measurement of the worth of currency. The idea was that as gold held a certain value according to the demand and supply of itself, the currency of a country would be worth a fraction of the worth of gold. For example, if one ounce of gold was worth $100 then one U.S. dollar would be worth 1/100th of an ounce of gold. It also kept a hold on any country from printing too much money, so that it would not lose its value over time.
