1.1 Evaluate the interrelationship between the different processes and functions of the organisation.

As a newly appointed Operational Manager of ''ABC Company'' Recruitment company I am recruit to do report and advising on changes to be made to the organisation. It is necessary to be improved effectiveness and efficiency of the overall performance of company and to be provided solution.

As a first step is required to go through the organisational structure and the existing culture of the company.
Every component of the organisational structure has importance to the company.

Primary duties are to supervise and oversee the company's daily operations and aims, to coordinate the financial part of the management. One of the key factors in this position is to develop plans and to make overall vision of the organisation. (smallbusiness)

Business Development Manager He has an key role to the organisation structure because is responsible to bring clients to the company. That why he often works with the sales team in an organisation and create different strategies to attract clients.

Recruitment Manager

This role involve to work with the potential candidates of recruitment. The person on this position needs to develops and refines the company's recruitment process in all aspects.
This mean to sets special recruitment goals for each task and to find out the best recruiter for particular job.

Operational Manager

The operational manager in the organisation needs to make sure that the company is running well and meet the criteria of each task and goal for achievement.
