Who knew a day spent at Buffalo Wild Wings could be so exciting and filled with fun things you've never seen before. My friends and I had been planning to go to Buffalo Wild Wings for the Final Four for a couple weeks. When we arrived there we insisted we sit at the bar. As we were walking through we noticed there was not very many people there. This was not good for us at all. There was three families in the dining area, three gorgeous women sitting at a table in the bar, and probably ten guys sitting around the bar one of whom was very drunk and annoying; needless to say we sat down next to the three gorgeous women. The reason we were not happy that there was not a lot of people is that we like to play impractical jokers between ourselves. We took the rules from the show and put them into our show. The name of the game is to have somebody to tell you to do something embarrassing, if you don't do it, you take a strike. Once you have three strikes you definitely have to do what the next person tells you to do. The rules are you can't tell somebody to do something that could get them arrested.
After we had had a few drinks and were getting bored just watching the game we decided it was time to begin our jokes on each other. I am not a very outgoing person and definitely do not like to be embarrassed as my friends know. My first dare to begin the play was to go up to these beautiful women sitting next to us and ask them if they cared to join our table. Their table was a circle and ours was a rectangle. I also had to ask them to bring their circular table to our rectangular table so we could make it look like a giant dick with small bags. This was very embarrassing for me and my face did turn a little red, but I went ahead with it. Thinking they would decline my invitation they said why not and we look like a fun time. We were such a good time they left and sat elsewhere a half hour later. The next joke for my friend was to go to the annoying drunk guy. This guy was clapping and cheering for his team and being the loudest most annoying person in the bar. We had got the rest of the bar to start a slow clap and then bring it louder when his team had a turnover or the other team scores. So the dare was for my friend to begin the slow clap standing next to him at the bar. This was pretty funny, but the guy didn't think it was so funny. He took it like a man and left and went and sat in the dining room. The bar cheered when he left. The next dare was for our very quiet, reserved friend. His dare was to bear crawl from our seats to the bathroom which was 20 feet away. He insisted he did not want to do it, but was not going to take an X for it. Before we knew it he was on the ground bear crawling to the bathroom. This may have been the funniest thing I had ever seen this kid do. Then our next friend is from Louisiana and insists he likes all his food spicy. After seeing him do this next dare I don't think he will ever eat another spicy food again. His challenge was to do the blazing challenge. You have to eat twelve of the spiciest wings they have in under two minutes. He took the challenge and got through seven of them and he was pretty much crying after the fourth one. I tried licking the sauce and that was the awful spiciest sauce I've ever tasted. I drank a sauce cup of ranch and ordered a milk to soothe the taste of the sauce from my mouth.…...

...Jason Fordyce Sherri Foster English Composition September 25, 2012 Two Descriptions Paper Description 1-Positive Effect It was a bright radiant fall morning as I sat contemplating the day. The aroma of pumpkin spice and fresh ground coffee beans made me realize what a awe-inspiring, relaxing corner I was sitting in. The whiff of the sweet morning danishes and breakfast sandwiches filled my nose with cheer. Creamy sweet and salty blended frappuccinos are being sipped on. There is a buzz of others laughing and chatting over the calming music in the atmosphere. Others are happily engaged on their laptops, working and studying material using the free wifi that is provided. All of the baristas are diligently working to fulfill the the orders of the other individuals in the cafe. The warm and rough caress of the cup in my hand makes me take pleasure and be thankful for sparkling mornings such as these. Description 2-Negative Effect As I sit in the loud bustling of the morning crowd I can’t help but be drowned out by the boisterous music coming from within. The rustle and high pitched giggles of the people around me babbling about their previous rendezvous keeps me from my train of thought. The bitter stench of caffeine and over cooked pastries has the baristas baffled as they strive to accommodate the sleep deprived individuals walking through the door. The overpopulated number of people mingling amongst themselves have taken over the tables and chairs and have......

...DNA Worksheet REVISED Part1: Basic structure of DNA The nucleotide bases of a DNA consists of specific codes and particular strands of this codes are known as the genes. The genes codes for a particular protein which eventually be a specific trait. The pairing of the base in a DNA molecule is very specific. Adenine usually pairs with Thymine while Guanine normally pairs with Cytosine. A segment of a gene from DNA usually gives the necessary directions to build a RNA molecule and eventually translated into a protein (Simon, Reece and Dickey, 2010). Reason why DNA is referred to as a protein recipe DNA is referred to as a protein recipe because its molecules are made up of amino acid proteins which are in form of a long strand. The DNA structure is composed of codons. Basically, the DNA codes for RNA codon or a transcription which is used to form proteins which is the translation of the codon. Each group of tri-codons are then read by the ribosomes where for each group of 3 such codons, there is an amino acid. These amino acids are then bound together to make a protein chain. The complexity of a protein depends on the number and type of chains (Simon, Reece and Dickey, 2010). Part 2: Differences between DNA and RNA DNA is used for long-term storage of genetic information, transmission of genetic information so as to make other cells and new organisms and to transfer the genetic code to the ribosomes from the nucleus to manufacture proteins. On the other hand, RNA is......
