1. Ausgangslage und Problemstellung

Der Zweck dieser Forschung schlägt eine neue Innovative Lösung für automatisieren des Kommissionierungsprozess, wo es bis heute noch nicht Automatisiert wurde. Weil die Kommissionierung Geschwindigkeit und die Flexibilität Höhe noch nicht so hoch um eine technische Lösung zu einsetzen. Und ich spreche hier über Lebensmittelindustrie Bereich, zum Beispiel Brotfabriken, Fleischereien, Wurstfabriken, ....usw. In diesen Fabriken wir sprechen über wenige Artikel Anzahl von Produkten mit sehr groß Menge Produkteinheiten von dieser Artikel, und diese Menge sollte an vielen Kunden verteilt werden, und das wird jeden Tag passieren.

Unser System ist eine neue Idee für vollautomatische Behälter-Kommissionier System mit dem Hauptziel, die Kommissionier Geschwindigkeit bei Ganzbehälter ein-/Auslagerungen auf höchste Leistung (bis zum 30,000 Kisten/St) zu erreichen. Erreicht wird diese Leistung durch die hohe Automatisierung, optimierte Logistikprozesse und durch das perfekte

Zusammenspiel von Logistiksoftware und innovativen Lösungen in der Lager- und Kommissionier Technologie. Energie Sparen bis zu 95 % als Regalbediengeräte (RBG), weil wenn die Regalbedient-Geräte benutzt werden, wird die Energie um die Bestandseinheit und die Maschine zusammen zubewegen verbraucht. Aber im unseren System wird die Energie verbraucht nur um die Bestandseinheit allein zubewegen.

Stand der Technik im Bereich Kleinteilelagerung bis 50 kg ist die technische Ausführung der Regalbediengeräte (RBG) bei allen Herstellern vergleichbar: Das RBG fährt auf einer Schiene am Lager entlang und erreicht die Höhe in der Regel durch ein vertikal ausfahrbares Teleskopsystem und entspricht der DIN EN 528 für Regalbediengeräte. Die dabei zu erreichenden Leistungen sind an die Grenzen der Technik gestoßen, weswegen über den Einsatz revolutionärer Techniken für den Bau von RBG nachgedacht werden muss.

Alle Bestellungen Kommissionierung Methoden hängen von der Produkte Artikel dieser Bestellung ab, das bedeutet, dass jeder Produkt eigene Kommissionierungszeit und eigenen Kommissionierungsplatz hat, und Kommissionierung Prozess läuft von Artikel zu anderen Artikel. Aber durch automatischen Zellen Einlagerung/Auslagerung System, wir handhaben die gesamte Bestellung Artikel, wie ein Artikel, das heißt, wir können wählen und Kommissionieren alle Elemente der Reihenfolge in einer Zeit.

Die Hauptteile für dieses System sind: 1- Rollenbahn: die Aufgabe der Rollenbahn ist Transportieren die Behälter vom Eingang zur seine Zelle, und umgekehrt von der Zelle zum Ausgang. 2- Zelle: Das ist ein lauf Lagerregal durch elektrische Motor wurde mit einer Getriebe verbündet, und mit einer Kettensystem läuft vertikal durch die Zelle. 3- SPS: (Speicherprogrammierbare Steuerung) kombinierte mit WMS. 4- WMS : Warehouse Management Software.

Einlagerungsprozess wird passieren, wenn die Rollenbahn die Behälter von der E-Punkt zur Zelle (horizontal Bewegung) und die Zelle die Behälter hinauf der Rollenbahn zum ersten Lagerplatz in der Zelle (vertikal Bewegung) transportiert. Und Auslagerungsprozess wird

passieren, wenn die Bewegung Richtung der Zelle umgekehrt wurde, der Behälter wird vom ersten Lagerplatz in der Zelle verlassen, und die Rollenbahn nimmt den Behälter zum APunkt. Die vollständige Kommissionierungsanlage wird vom mehreren Zellen und Rollenbahnen konstruiert, und auf jeder Rollenbahn werden mehrere Zellen aufbauen. Die Anlagenleistung hängt von der Anzahl der Rollenbahn, von den Geschwindigkeiten der Zelle und Geschwindigkeiten der Rollenbahn ab. Und die Anlagenkapazität hängt von der Anzahl der Lagerplätze in jeder Zelle und von der Anzahl der Zellen in der Anlage ab, und die Anzahl der Lagerplatze in einer Zelle hängt von der Behälter Höhe, Zelle Höhe, Behälter Gewicht und Getriebeleistung ab.

Und die Anlagenleistung wird ca. 15,000 Behältern pro Stunde sein.

2- Einlagerung und Auslagerung in der gleichen Zeit, und Kommissionierung Strategie wird durch verteilen alle Artikel, die wir in der Anlage haben auf alle Kunde, die diese Artikel bestellt haben. diese Artikel werden in den ersten Zellen von der Ausgangsseite gelagert werden. Wenn diese Zelle voll ist, können wir jetzt von dieser Zelle kommissionieren, und in der nächsten Zelle einlagern, und zu weiter bis wir die erste Zelle von Eingangsseite erreichen, dann werden wir zurück zum ersten Zelle von Ausgangsseite. Und die Anlagenleistung wird ca. 30,000 Behältern pro Stunde sein. 3- Einlagerung und Auslagerung in der gleichen Zeit, aber von verschiedenen Rollenbahnen, auf manchen Rollenbahnen einlagern Passieren, und auf anderen auslagern, und die Anlagenleistung wird von der Zahl der Rollenbahnen abhängen.

Eine Fallstudie wurde genommen. Das ist eine Brotfabrik in Gelsenkirchen, sie produzieren ca. 50,000 Behältern/Tag von ca. 120 Artikeln, und sie verteilen diese Menge an ca. 650 Kunden. Sie haben 20 Mitarbeitern im Kommissionierung Bereich, und das kostet diese Firma 986.294 Euro/Jahr. Durch unser Idee sie können 690.406 Euro/Jahr sparen durch Minimierung die zahl der Kommissionierung Bereich Mitarbeitern. Das heißt wir können die Kommissionierungskosten bis 70% minimieren. Die Frage wie können wir das erzielen?. Um

diese Frage zu beantworten, wir haben unsre Idee entstehen. Unser ziel von der Idee ist, dass wir alle Lagerplätze von alle Artikeln in der gleichen Zeit erreichen müssen. Wie können wir das machen?, das was wird erklärt werden. Durch unsere Anlage wird die Kommissionierung Arbeitskraft bis zum 70 % minimieren, Papierlose und Fehlerfrei Kommissionierungsprozess mit ca. 30,000 Kisten/St.

Wenn das Brot in der Kisten von allen Produktionslinien eingepackt wird, wird direkt in der Anlage eingelagert, und werden alle Informationen über die Artikel, die in der Anlage eingelagert gewesen sind im Haupt-PC speichern, Und wenn die Aufträge dabei sind, werden alle Produkte, die in der Anlage eingelagert gewesen sind auf allen Aufträge verteilen, und die Kisten werden auf automatische Weise von der Anlage zum Stellplatz für jede Kunde transportiert. Zwischen die Anlage und Stellplätze gibt es ein Arbeitsplatz für den Rest-verteilen erledigen müssen, wenn die Kunde nicht ganz Kiste bestellet hat, sondern ein Stück oder mehr.

2. Ziele und Strategie Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Einsatz eines Automatisierten Zellen Einlagerung/Auslagerungssystem auf Basis eines neuen Regals Konstruktion und neuem Operation Konzept für Waren Einlagerung und Auslagerung. Die Nutzung der Technik bietet sich aufgrund der damit einhergehenden erheblichen Leistungssteigerung an die Chancen und Risiken, die diese Technik nach sich ziehen würde, werden in dieser Arbeit dargestellt und untersucht. Zur Erreichung der skizzierten Projektziele werden die folgende Arbeitspakete bearbeitet:

1- Gestaltung neuer Ein-/Auslagerungssystem mit dem Tool AutoCAD bzw. Inventor. 2- Studieren und Analysen der Kommissionierung Problem in eine dynamische
Kommissionierung Umgebung, Die schlägt eine ganze Kommissionierung Ansatz zur Angleichung der Chargengröße die minimiert die Durchsatz Zeit der Bestellung. Der Ansatz ist einfach mit guter Qualität, daher ist es leicht angewandt in konkreten Situationen.

4- Erforscht die Schwierigkeiten Die optimale Aufbewahrung und Retrieval Prinzip (Input und Output Methode) und Anordnung Optimierung (die Anzahl der Gängen und Durchgang Dimensionen).

5- Studieren und Steuern der Operation Grundsatz und wählen die Warehouse
Management Software nach der Lagerung Politiken und die Waren Einlagerung und Auslagerung Verfahren.

6- Schließlich wird einen Prototyp aufgebaut werden, und Bestimmung der Lagers
Fläche Dimension und Darstellung den Durchsatz des Systems.…...
