The study is for the analyses of the concept of organisation structure, culture and behaviour. Hence organisation culture is defined as the psychology attitudes experiences, beliefs and values of an organisation. It is the specific collection of values and norms that are shared by people and groups in an organisation and control, the way they interact with each other and the stakeholders outside the organisation.
And structure includes both the organisation chart and unwritten lines of power and influence that indicate whose contribution are most valued. Hanley’s four types of organisation culture are discussed as; Power culture: This is the concentration of power among a few.
Role culture; this is clear delegation of authorities within highly defined structure.
Task culture; is teams formed to solve particular problems. Power derives from expertise as long as a team requires expertise.
And person culture exists where all individuals believe themselves superior to the organisation.
All this types of culture are discussed here and their usage on the case studies.

Submission of Wife; Love of Husband

...22. The believing wife and husband are to walk in a spirit of submission and love. As found in Ephesians 5:22-23, discuss the walk of each mate. (One page/250 words minimum) Groom: I,____, take thee,_____, to my lawful wedded Wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death us do part, according to God's holy ordinance; and thereto I plight thee my troth Bride: I,_____, take thee,_____, to be my lawful wedded Husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love, cherish, and to obey, till death us do part, according to God's holy ordinance; and thereto I give thee my troth. The above are typical wedding vows from “The book of Common Prayer” (1928) used in England. In America, currently, the traditional vows have been modified considerably. Mostly on the woman’s vow that now has omitted the word “obey” and ends with “till death do us part” leaving God out of the vows and more often than not, out of the marriage. Paul outlines the believing wife’s and husband’s duties as they walk together through this life very clearly. A wife is walk in the Spirit of Submission to her husband acknowledging him as the head of authority in the family. (See I Corinthians 11:2-16; Colossians 3:18-19; I Peter 3:1-2) There are three reasons a wife is to be submissive: • To submit to God’s will: it is......

...transferred is unique in each organization and this makes it difficult for others to copy. Organizational capital arises from converting individual and collective knowledge acquired through learning processes, into routines, processes and systems that help develop organizational reputation, competence and capabilities that are rare and difficult to imitate (Armstrong 2001). It is important to note that human capital has a symbiotic relationship with organizational capital in the sense that each provides the prerequisites for one another’s use and development. Individual skills, collective skills and knowledge are used to develop work methods and databases which in turn are used as sources of knowledge by individual and groups in future work assignments. Human capital may be the most important and critical for competitive advantage because it is the most difficult to imitate (DeNisi, et al., 2003). However, human capital is more mobile than other intangible resources (Teece et al, 1997) and therefore may seem an unlikely source of sustained competitive advantage. Yet the mobility of human capital is less a threat to competitive advantage than it would first seem to be because once an organization integrates human capital with other complementary resources and uses this integration to create organizational capabilities, losing one or a few individuals may not lead to a loss of competitive advantage. This means that it is not enough to acquire individuals who have skills,......

Journal Submission

...Felicia Marshall PSYC4110 Journal Submission 2 Capella University August, 2015 Description – Section 4 #1 (Compassionate Love Scale) I feel the assessment gave me adequate and accurate information on my tendency to compassionate. It asked me very personal questions to make me look deep within myself to ask myself if I really feel a certain kind of way about people. I did not find anything surprising with the assessment. It actually affirmed what I thought I felt about people. I wasn’t looking for any magical answer or scoring that’s too out of the way. It was meaningful to me in the sense that I was able to continue to be honest about my answers, and in the end I was able to come up with the result that I expected. This activity was not uncomfortable for me to complete, because I love assessments that truly ask the deep questions to challenge me. I respect the answers, because they are very true, and if there is something I need to change, then I can do so. I learned that my reality is real. I used to have a different feeling about compassion and mankind when I was younger, because in my eyes man could not do any wrong. I honestly feel differently towards strangers today, as the world is not what it was when I was a child. I find that I still have compassion there, however it has been altered over the past decade of my life. I can take my results and evaluate how I treat people with compassion. I am usually able to......
